This oil is tea-based. While some other ingredients are mixed in, oolong is the main star and shines right into your meal. This oil goes amazingly with its counterpart, the spice blended marinade. To go along with this oil, my recommendation is fish. Something hearty that would not break down easily whether you steam, grill, or roast it. It's also tasty on meats and vegetables to provide a different-from-usual approach.
