A brine is a salty, flavored mixture submerged in water.  This includes the flavorings and aromatics put into it.  Just as the name suggests, this brine is meant for pork. However, don't let that stop you! This brine can easily also be used for game meats and beef or poultry as well; it goes well with anything that already has a stronger flavor on its own!

  • A sample is approximately half an ounce in weight, packaging not included.  A larger size is a little less than 2 ounces in weight, also not counting packaging.  After using up the blend, the jars can be reused in any craft projects after being properly cleaned and sanitized!
