As the name suggests, there is smoke involved.  Hickory-smoked salt and paprika team up with some other ingredients to bring flare to any meal.  This marinade is one that only needs water added, but you can easily use some apple cider vinegar and some oil to bring it to another level.  It's great on poultry of any nature, but also is great on beef, pork, fish, or any vegetable.  Basically, if you can grill it, you can put this on it.
