As the beginning of my adventure, this is what started it all. The blend is umami-boosting using some old favorites like Paprika along with other herbs and spices. It goes nicely on and in everything. It's the type of oil to be heated up gently in order to sear some food to perfection, and able to stand on its own alongside some freshly baked bread!
