A brine is a salty, flavored mixture submerged in water.  This includes the flavorings and aromatics put into it.  This brine was created to tackle meats like poultry, but could also potentially be used for flavoring up vegetables. It has a gentleness meant for food with not as much flavor on its own, due to its flavor being more of some citrus with a bit herb.

  • A sample is approximately half an ounce in weight, packaging not included.  A larger size is a little less than 2 ounces in weight, also not counting packaging.  After using up the blend, the jars can be reused in any craft projects after being properly cleaned and sanitized!
